Otc2u was founded by an entrepreneur based in the United Kingdom who had a passion for making healthcare more accessible and convenient. With 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, the founder saw an opportunity to merge technology with medicine delivery.

The Otc2u team was determined to turn this unique vision into reality – an eCommerce destination where ordering OTC medicines and supplements could be just as easy as ordering any other product online, but with robust quality controls in place. After implementation, Otc2u launched to make staying healthy and well-stocked with essentials more convenient than ever before. The client wants to develop an ecommerce website with High page speed, that’s why we chose the Hyva theme.

Solution We Offered to the Client

The founders of Otc2u had a clear vision – to develop an intuitive online platform that would make ordering over-the-counter medications and supplements accessible even for non-tech-savvy users. Creating a simple yet fully functional eCommerce website was a challenge.

After thoroughly understanding the requirements, our business analysts prepared a detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) document. This helped the founders visualize the structural components of the website.

Our development team then researched and implemented the optimal solutions to meet the founders’ expectations. We built a user-friendly eCommerce platform from the ground up. Once logged in, customers can manage accounts and order history and place new orders seamlessly.

Challenges We Faced

While developing the Otc2u eCommerce website and mobile app, we encountered some minor challenges. However, our team was successful in resolving all the issues before the project deadline. One of the key challenges we faced while developing the Otc2u platform is magnified zoom in the hyva theme.

The client wants Magnification/Zoom on the Product view page, but the Hyva theme doesn’t support this feature, so we have added a customized feature to support Magnification.
