Support Conditions

All our products come with free 90 days support, which includes e-mail support and ticket generation. After the free 90 days period, you can extend the support for a year for half the module price. 

Access Rights

  • It is mandatory for the customer to provide the access rights asked by the support team. Generally, we require Magento Admin Details and Server Access (SSH) details to attend your ticket.
  • It is mandatory for the customer to provide full access rights to Dolphin Web Solutions of all the systems and servers that are necessary to analyze and resolve the support request.

We don’t provide dedicated support for free extensions, but if possible, we try our best to assist you with regard to your queries.

  • The customization of extensions
  • Consultation from third-party developers
  • Product version update with different theme or module
  • Error correction occurred during a buyer software upgrade
  • Voice call support
  • We do not provide support via any screen sharing software.
