Refund Policy

We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee for all the products purchased from the official Dolphin Web Solution sources. If you are not satisfied with our products or services, you can apply for a refund within 45 days of the purchase. Your purchase request will be analyzed and fulfilled within seven business days. 

To request a refund, you can raise a ticket with details, including Order ID, Transaction ID, and the email address from which the transaction was made. 

However, the refunds are subject to terms and conditions, as discussed below. 

  • No refunds are applicable after 45 days of purchase.
  • If the item is not working as per claim and you failed to raise a ticket for help
  • If you create a ticket for help and didn't provide staging/live environment details to solve the issue. In that case, we'll not give you a refund.
  • If you create a ticket for help with all the required details and we'll fail to solve the issue then we'll give you a refund.
  • Only the payments made from PayPal are applicable for refunds. 
  • You cannot request more than one refund per order. 
  • You cannot request a refund if you face problems with installation or support.
