• You can manage rules for zipcode COD check under the Sales > Manage Rules
• You can see id, rule name, rule type, status, city, country, zipcode type, customer groups, store view and action for edit and delete.

• By using this extension you can apply mass Delete, Activate, and Deactivate actions for multiple rules in the grid.
• Please follow the steps:
• Select rules by selecting the checkbox in the first column
• Explore the Action field to choose to Delete, Activate, or Deactivate the selected rules.

• To Add a new rule click on the Add New or Edit the existing rule please click on the Edit link from the manage rules grid.
• After that Edit tab page will be open, from where you can change the rules.
• The rule form has the following fields:

General Information

• Enable: Choose Yes to Active the rule.

• Rule Name: Enter the rule name.

• Zipcode Options: Choose option for zipcode from dropdown.

• Allowed: Choose this option to allow COD on particular rules.

• Restricted: Choose this option to restrict COD on particular rules.

• Country: Select the country from the dropdown.

• State/Province: Select the status from the dropdown.
• City/District: Enter the City/District.
• Zipcode Type: Choose zipcode type from the dropdown.
  • Range: Select this option to set zipcode range.
    • Zipcode From: Enter the zipcode to start from.
    • [NOTE: Select zipcode range (123450-123460) or (12345*-12345* here 12345* will consider as 123450 and 12345* will consider 123459). Max 6 digit allowed in range. ]
    • Zipcode To: Enter the zipcode to allow till.
    • [NOTE: Zipcode range with star (12345*-12346*) will be considered as (12345 to 123469) maximum 6 digit range.]
  • Specific: Enter specific zipcode to allow or restrict for COD.
• Store View: Select the store view to allow this rule.
• Customer Groups: Select the customer groups which will be eligible for rule.
• Priority: Set the priority of the rule.

• Add Estimated Delivery Time: Set Yes to add estimated delivery time.
• Days Type: Select the specific option to set the Days Type.
  • Specific Days:
    • Choose this option to set specific days type.
    • Specific Days: Enter the days for estimated delivery time.
    • Set Range:
      • Choose this option to set specific days type.
      • Days From: Enter the days to start from.
      • Days To: Enter the days to allow till.

• Apply the condition rules to apply on COD rules.
• Click on the ‘+’ icon to explore the condition field.
• You can see product attributes, attribute set and product categories and etc.
• After selecting the condition, save the rule.
• For example here you can see the condition is set where SKU is 24-WB04.
• COD will be allowed only for this product.

• To import the rules go to Sales > Import Rules.
• Upload the file to import the rules.
• The file must be in CSV format.
• After adding the file click on the import button.

• Before importing the CMS pages via CSV file, you need to prepare a CSV file with necessary information.
• You can download a sample file by clicking the Download Sample File link on the top side.
• Data includes rulename, rule_status, rule type, state, country, city, zip code value, zipcode from - to range value, customer groups, storeview and so on.

• To export the rules go to Sales > Manage Rules.
• Click on the Export All button to export all the rules.
• If you want to export some of the rules then select that rules from the grid and click on the Export option, select the file format and click on the Export button to export the rules.
