General Configuration
General Configuration
Admin can configure wallet/reward points settings under the Store > Configuration > Dolphin > Wallet/Reward Points.
Wallet Configuration
- Enable/Disable: The admin can Enable/Disable extension for a specific store where this extension is not needed.
Credit Usages
- Allow Customers to Buy Credit: Select Yes/No to allow customers to buy credit.
- Maximum Credit allowed in the Customer Account: The admin can set maximum credit allowed for the customer account.
- Use Credit with Coupons: If set Yes, then customers are able to use credit with coupons. If set No, then if the customer applies coupon code then applied credit automatically removes.
Credit Withdrawal
- Allow Customer to Request for Credit Withdrawal: If set Yes, then customers are allowed to withdraw credit.
- Minimum Credit to Withdraw: Set minimum credit limit for withdrawal.
- Withdraw Email Sender: Select email sender for withdrawal email.
- Withdraw Email Template: Select email template for withdrawal email.
Send Credit to Friend
- Allow customers to Send Credit to a Friend: If set Yes, then customers are allowed to send credit to friends.
- Email Sender: Select email sender to send credit to friend email.
- Registered User Email Template: Select email template for registered customers.
- Guest User Email Template: Select email template for guest users.
Orders
- Use Maximum Credit per Order: Allow to use maximum credit while creating an order.
- Maximum Allowed Credit per Order: Set maximum allowed credit for customers order.
- Percentage of Order Subtotal: Set percentage value for customers orders.
- NOTE: If the maximum and percentage values are added then it is considered the max. value from both.
Refund
Refund Credit: If set Yes, then customers get refund as a credit on order cancel and credit-memo.
Reward Points Configuration
- Enable Reward Points Extension: The admin can Enable/Disable extension for a specific store where this extension is not needed.
- Reward Point(s) to Credit Conversation: Set cost of one credit (If set 10, then 10 reward points = 1 Base Credit).
Customer Registration
- Enable on Create an Account: If set Yes, then customers can earn reward points while registration.
- Reward Point(s): Set number of points to get after customers registration.
Creating Order
- Enable: If set Yes, then customers earn reward points on order.
- Min Order Qty: Set minimum order quantity to earn points.
- Min Order Total: Set minimum order total to earn points.
- Earn Type: Set type of how customers will earn points whether to fixed or percentage of order subtotal.
- Reward Point(s): Set number of points to get on order.
- Max Reward Point(s) per Order: Set max. reward points per order only if the earn type is ‘Percentage of Order Subtotal’.
- Max no. of Order: Set maximum number of orders to earn reward points for customers.
- Display Reward Point(s) on Product: If set Yes, then reward points message display on products.
Newsletter Subscription
- Enable: If set Yes, then customers can earn reward points while newsletter subscribe.
- Reward Point(s): Set number of points to get on newsletter subscribe.
Customer Review
- Enable: If set Yes, then customers earn reward points on product reviews.
- Reward Point(s): Set number of points to get on product reviews.
- Max no. of Review: Set maximum number of reviews to allow for customers to earn reward points.
Invited Friend Registration
- Enable: If set Yes, then customers earn reward points on registration and on order.
- Reward Point(s): Set number of points to get after invited friend registration.
- Max Registration Limit: Set maximum limit for registration to allow for customers to earn reward points.
- Invite Friend Email Sender: Select email sender for invite friend email.
- Invite Friend Email Template: Select email template for invite friend email.
Creating Order by Invited Friend
- Enable: If set Yes, then customers earn reward points on invited friend order.
- Earn Type: Set type of how customers will earn points whether to fixed or percentage of order subtotal.
- Reward Point(s): Set number of points to get after invited friend order.
- Max no. of Order: Set maximum number of orders to earn reward points for invited users.
Transaction Subscription
- Subscription Email Sender: Select subscription email sender for wallet/reward emails.
- Subscription Email Template: Select subscription email template for wallet/reward emails.
- Unsubscription Email Sender: Select unsubscription email sender for wallet/reward emails.
- Unsubscription Email Template: Select unsubscription email template for wallet/reward emails.
