After selecting brand attributes from the config settings go to the Catalog > Dolphin - Shop By Brand > Manage Brands.

Click the Re-Sync Brands button to load all the attributes in the given grid.

In the grid you can see attribute data like id, image, name, url key, featured, attribute code and status.

You can also manually add brand data by clicking the Add New Brand button.

• Enabled:
  • Choose Yes to enable attribute and display it in the frontend.
  • By default it will be set as Yes.
• Title: Set the title of the brand.
• Url Key:
  • You can enter the URL as per your wish.
  • If the entered URL already exists then you will get an error message to avoid duplication.
• Image: You can upload an image for the attribute value to display it in the frontend.
• Detail: You can enter detail which will be displayed with the attribute value.
• Feature:
  • You can choose to display attribute value as featured or not.
  • By default it will be set as no.
• Layout:
  • The layout to be displayed can be selected from the available options.
  • Available options are empty, 1 column, 2 columns with left bar, 2 columns with right bar and 3 columns.
• Sortorder: set position of the data by sorting them.

• Meta Description: You can add your meta description from here.
• Meta Keywords: You can add your meta keywords from here.

You can also use mass action for delete or to change the status of the data.

Delete: Select the brand data which you want to delete.

Active: Select the brand data to active the inactive brands.

Inactivate: Select the brand data to inactive active brands.

After you are done with the configuration settings you can see all the attribute values with filter and search bar under the Brands menu in the frontend.

Choose Yes for Display to Display on product page option from configuration.
After that, You can see Brand icon on product page.

You can see on the category page all the related products to that particular brand will be list down there.

For adding a widget go to the Content > Elements > Widget. 

Follow below steps to add widget:

Click on the Add Widget button.

After clicking the add new button fill below details.

Type: Select the widget type.

Design Theme: Choose the design theme you want.

After filling all the data including title, Storeview and so on.

In layout choose the page on which you want to display the featured brands, Also select the position at which place you want to display featured brands.

Set the widget options according to your choice.

Title: You can set title for widget.
Display as Slider: Set Yes to display all the feature brands as a slider.

Number of Brand: Choose the number of brands you want display in the slider.

Sort Order: You can sort the order of the brands either Ascending or descending.

Display View all links: Choose Yes to display View all brands link.

You can see custom widget for Featured Brands in the widget grid.

You can also add a widget from Content > Elements > Pages/Blocks.

Select the page you want to add the widget to, go to the edit page and in the content field select Insert Widget button and add selected widget from the dropdown.

At last go to that particular page in the frontend and you can see the slider in the page right on the position you have selected.

From all the brand lists if you want to display some of the brands as the featured brands then you can do this by enabling the feature option from the grid.
