General Configuration
General Configuration

Admin can configure product FAQs settings under the Store > Configuration > Dolphin > Product FAQ.
General Settings

- Email Sender: Choose email address to send email.
- New Question Email Receivers:
- Enter email address to receive new questions.
- You can enter multiple email addresses separated by comma(,).
- Question Admin Email Template: Choose email template to send email to admins when customer asks questions.
- Answer Email Template: Choose email template to send email to customer when admin answers their questions.
- Customer Login Required: Choose Yes to make login required for customers to allow them to ask questions.
- Questions per Page Allowed Values:
- Set the values to display questions per page.
- By default value is 5,10,15,20,25.
- Allowed values are separated by comma(,).
- Questions per Page: Set value to display questions per page.
- Questions Collapsible: Set Yes to display all answers as collapsible.
- Enter Allow File Extension: Enter multiple extension types to be allowed for users.
- Allow Ask Questions:
- Set Yes to allow users to ask questions.
- [NOTE: The product FAQ form will display on the frontend only if the value is set as Yes.]
Captcha Settings
- Captcha Enable: Set Yes to Enable/Disable captcha for a specific store.
- Select Captcha Type: You can choose captcha type.
- Captcha: If you want to display Default captcha of magento then choose this option.
- ReCaptcha: If you want to display Google captcha then choose this option.
