After installing the extension for logging as a customer go to Customers > All Customers.

In the customer grid click on Login as Customer under action column and you will be redirected to the customer account in the frontend.

Admin can also go to the customer edit page on the backend and click on the button called Login As Customer.

After that admin will directly login to the frontend as a particular customer.
