General Configuration
Admin can configure cancel order settings under the Store > Configuration > Dolphin > Frontend Cancel Order.
Cancel Order Config Setting
- Enabled: The admin can Enable/Disable extension for a specific store where this extension is not needed.
- Email Sender: Set which email will be an email sender.
- Email address to receive notifications: Set email address which will receive information about order cancellation.
- Email Template: Set email template for getting notification email.
- Notice note when customers click cancel orders: Set default message to display in confirmation popup.
- Label for button ‘cancel order’: Set label text for button in my orders section.
