• You can add rules for some products, a particular attribute as per catalog price rule.
• You can apply rules from Manage Rule Grid.
• You can use mass action for delete Rules.

Rule Information

• Status: You can enable/disable status for particular rule.
• Rule Name: Enter the Rule Name for Call for Price.
• Customer Group:
  • Select single or multiple customer groups to apply rules for them.
  • Unselected customers won’t be applied to the rule.
• Store View:
  • Select the store view on which you want to apply the call for price rule.
  • Unselected store view won’t be applied to the rule.
• Start Date: Select Date when you want to start apply rule.
• End Date: Select Date when you want to end apply rule.
• Priority: You can set order for apply rule.

Condition

• Set the condition to apply call for price rules.
• For example, you can see the above screenshot the rule apply for Overnight attribute option of Activity attribute. So this rule apply for only Overnight attribute products.

• You can see the requested customer record in the grid for that go to Marketing > Manage request.
• You can see id, product name, user name, store view, user type, status, created date and actions such as edit and delete.

• By using this extension you can apply mass Delete actions for multiple records in the grid.
• Please follow the steps:
• Select records by selecting the checkbox in the first column.
• Explore the Action field to choose to Delete the selected requests.

• Admin can add new requests for call for price by clicking on the Add Request button.
• Admin have fill following details.

• Status:
  • Select the status of the request.
  • There will be 3 different types of the status:
  • New, Hold and Complete.
  • By default status type will be New.
  • After that if the admin does not want to reply now or he wants to put the request on hold then he can set a Hold status type.
  • And if he wants to give a reply then the status will be Completed.
• Select Product: Select the product from the background for which you want to add the request.
• User Name: Enter the name of the user.
• User Email: Enter the email address of the user.
• Telephone: Enter the telephone number of the user.
• Request Details: Enter the details of the request.
• Store View: Select the store view on which you want to make a request.
• Request Reply: Enter the reply of the request.

• Below are some of the screenshots of the call for price functionality on frontend.

• When the user clicks on the Call For Price button, one popup will appear after that user will fill the call for price form having details such as name, email , telephone, request details and captcha.

• After filling all the information of requests when customers submit the form they will get a success message.

• Admin and customer both will notify by email when any request or reply is made for the call for price.

• When a customer submits a request customer will get a success email

• When a customer requests a call for price then the admin will get a notification email.

• When the admin replies to their call for a price request then the customer will get an email notification.
