Admin can configure review reminder settings under the Store > Configuration > Dolphin > Review Reminder.

• Send Email Automatically: Choose Yes to send email automatically to the customers using cron.
• Customer Groups: Select customer groups you want to send review reminders for.
• Email Sender: Select the sender of the email to send emails.
• Reminder Email Template: Choose email template to send email to customers.
• Email Notification Days: Enter the days you want to send email notifications to customers after they completed their order.
• Maximum Reminder Send: Enter the value for sending maximum number of review reminders.
• Gap between two email: Enter values in days to make a gap between two mails for review reminder.

• Send Coupon: Set Yes to send coupons to customers after they review the product for the first time.
• Coupon Email Template: Choose the email template to send coupon code to users.
• Coupon Code: Enter the custom coupon code to send to the customers in email to use.
• [NOTE: Customer can use that coupon code in their next purchase as a discount.]
