User Guide - Admin Review Notification for Magento 2

General Configuration

Admin can configure admin review notification settings under the Store > Configuration > Dolphin > Admin Review Notification.

Cancel Admin Review Notification Setting

Display Notification: Set Yes to display review notification on admin panel.
Email Notification: Choose Yes to send email notification to the admin after the customer adds the review.
Email Receivers:
- Enter email address of receivers.
- Multiple email addresses are separated by comma(,).
Email Sender: Set the email sender from the dropdown.
Email Template: Set the email template to send email.

Notification in Admin Panel

If the email notification is set to yes from configuration then whenever the customer submits the review of any product admin can see that notification in the admin panel.
You can directly redirect to the reviews grid from that notification by clicking ‘Click Here’ link.
You can also click on the Hide button to hide the notification.

Email Notification to Admin

When a customer submits the review, the admin will get an email notification of that review.
Email includes information like customer name, review title, review description and reviews.
Admin can approve or disapprove the review directly from the email also.
