• Infringement of intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks etc.)
• Usage of Dolphin Web Solutions to display or advertise obscene materials or speech.
• Promoting violence through Dolphin Web Solutions
• Involving Dolphin Web Solutions name in any illicit activity against humans, animals of firms
• Using Dolphin Web Solutions for the means of displaying offensive of abusive languages
• Illegal attempt to penetrate the security measures of individuals or firms (hacking)
• Misinterpreting the message headers and promoting it by the name of Dolphin Web Solutions
• Distribution of internet security threats such as viruses, Trojan horse and other destructive elements.
• Promoting intoxicants and other illegal activities such as gambling

2. IN CASE OF FAILURE TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you fail to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned above even after accepting the terms, Dolphin Web Solutions reserves all the rights to immediately take action. Our absolute direction of taking actions includes following, but certainly, it is not the limit.

• Issuing warning letters
• Suspension or termination of the contract
• Suspension or termination of the contract
• Disabling or removing objectionable links of content created by you

In such cases of violating the terms and conditions, Dolphin Web Solutions shall not be responsible for any refund for the services offered to you.
